Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Provider and scope

These terms apply to the use of The GTM Lead, provided by Max Benz, Am hohen Stein 36a, 01189 Dresden, Germany. The service is offered to businesses only. By creating a workspace you confirm that you act on behalf of a business.

The service

The GTM Lead lets you create release briefs, assign them to recipients through secure links and review acknowledgements. The service does not send email for you. You are responsible for how you share the links.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secret. Workspace owners and admins can manage billing and members of their workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans, prices and billing

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars. Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged in advance through Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout. A promotion code entered in Stripe Checkout applies on the terms shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees for a started period are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may suspend a workspace whose payment fails.

Recipient limits

Each plan has a recipient limit as shown on the pricing page. A recipient is one unique email address across your groups. Adding recipients beyond the limit is blocked until you change plans.

Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content and recipient data you enter. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service. You promise that you may share the recipient email addresses you enter. Our privacy policy explains how we process data.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful content, to attack or overload it, to access other workspaces, or to resell it without our written consent.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features with reasonable notice when a change affects paid functionality.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany, where the law allows this choice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email before they apply. Questions: team@thegtmlead.com.
